4-5" Abalone Shell

In many Native American cultures the energy of the combination of abalone shells and sage is believed to carry messages to the Gods or spirits. They are often used to clear evil spirits and negative energies or to bring positive  and pure energies to a space. While not required for smudging or cleansing the are a perfect vessel to catch the ashes or embers created when burning cleansing materials.
